*2 — New Member discounted rate applies to a person who joins HIMAA as a member for the first time while registering for the conference, or a member whose membership has lapsed for more than 2 years. Sign up here. Payment of membership fees is required prior to gaining access to the Conference Member Registration in the Member Area.
*3 — New Graduate discounted rate applies to a person who has graduated from either a Bachelor or Master of Health Information Management degree from La Trobe or QUT, or, has attained a Statement of Attainment in the HLT50321 Diploma of Clinical Coding from any RTO in the last 12 months.
*4 — Day registration includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and access to the exhibition floor for the day registered only. Clinical Coding Sessions are included in Day 2 Tuesday 27 October 2026 day registration, sessions will commence after morning tea and conclude at afternoon tea.
*5 — Group discounts apply to groups of 5 or more applying to register for the full registration only. Excludes Presenter, HIMAA New Member, New Graduate, and HIM / Diploma Student, Branch Convenors / Committee Chairs or CoP Chairs discounted rates. No further discounts apply for day registrations for group registrations.
*6 — HIM / Diploma students discounted rate applies to full time students who are undertaking a Bachelor or Master of Health Information Management degree from La Trobe or QUT HIM degree or the HLT50321 Diploma of Clinical Coding from any RTO, who are current HIMAA members. Branch Convenor discounted rate applies to Convenors of a HIMAA State Branch who are current HIMAA members. Committee Chairs or CoP Chairs discounted rate applies to current HIMAA members who are currently a Chair of a Committee or Community of Practice.
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser, Conference National at himaa@conferencenational.com.au.
*If paying by credit card, surcharge will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance. In case of a medical emergency, a medical certificate must be provided within 72 hours. Refunds will be considered, less an administration fee of $125 + GST.
